I accompany you in your personal and unique process to help you find the root of the problem and keep your tree of life standing. My purpose is that you reconcile with your past to enjoy and live your present in a full and satisfactory way.
I share the idea that the key is in prevention, so apart from continuing my training, I like to keep informed people who come to therapy and I do a lot of psychoeducation, I believe that knowledge and understanding about what happens to you, learning in general, can be a breakthrough and ally for the therapeutic work to be done later. From there, as each person is unique, my intervention will also be unique and, therefore, I will adapt my way of intervening to the patient, from the current, to the fact of sending tasks or not, to work on them in session, to carry out specific practices, etc.

I perform psychological intervention from an integrative perspective, given that each person and each process are unique, and, therefore, for me it is important to adapt the intervention to each person and their needs. My goal in therapy is to give the space for the past to appear again so that we can work on it, re-signify it and allow us to make our current beliefs and thoughts more flexible in order to live a present with more fulfillment and peace of mind.
Sometimes the roots of a tree are so entangled among themselves that they drown or hide others, and other times they form among all that entanglement a thicker root much more difficult to undo that may seem more solid but is actually conditioning the tree towards a direction that harms its health.
Let's work on getting to the root, let's trust the process.
TRAUMA
Reconcile with your past, let’s see what seeds were planted in each moment of your childhood that have brought about some fruits more pleasant than others. Even though you are an adult now, the child of the past is still there and needs to be heard as well.
DEPRESSION
Stop surviving and start living, turn your mind back on to make space for the emotions that have been screaming inside you for a long time. Dissatisfaction in any area of your life can lead into a spiral that clouds our vision and extrapolates specific events to the questioning of our entire existence.
ANXIETY
Learn again to breathe in a deeper and more conscious way, let go of autopilot, self-demand and overproductivity. Your body is sending you signals to stop for a moment and reflect.
EATING DISORDERS AND SELF-ESTEEM
Listen consciously to your body, what it asks for, why it asks for it, why now, in what situations it happens more, etc., observe your relationship with food, where it comes from and how long ago you have normalized it. Prioritize yourself and improve your internal dialogue to work on self-compassion and learn to love yourself more and better.
INTERPERSONAL RELATIONSHIPS
Learn to have healthy relationships with others, to set limits in an assertive way to feel more you when you are with other people. This way you work on your self-esteem and enjoy more the moments that involve socializing.
In online therapy you will find the way to express yourself and abstract yourself from the place where you are at, feeling for a while that you are not there, even if it is your own home. We will work on any discomfort that appears during the sessions as well as the main reason for the consultation that has led you to ask for an appointment or the existing diagnosis, if any. Online therapy has proven to obtain the same results as on site therapy, besides allowing you to save time and money on travelling.
In face-to-face therapy you will be able to have your space for reflection and personal work outside your familiar places. We will also focus on the discomfort that may appear during the sessions as well as the reason for the initial consultation, or the existing diagnosis (if any). The face-to-face is oriented to people who feel safer having their therapist physically or when there is fear to start a therapeutic process, in this way we help to strengthen the bond and therapeutic adherence especially in the first sessions, and later, if the patient wishes to move to the online option.
