DE CORTEZA FLEXIBLE

hi, it's Andrea

After graduating in psychology I decided to do a master’s degree in general health psychology, using my knowledge to help others is something I never thought I could do, and today I feel very proud of it.

I have been trained in different currents of psychology and specific pathologies until I finally found the perspective with which I feel most comfortable working with: the integrative perspective.

I have more than 5 years of experience with patients with different types of pathologies, including anxiety, depression, eating disorders and trauma. As well as with people who come to me without a clear reason for consultation or who have wanted to embark on the path of personal development.

Nowadays I continue to train myself frequently in order to be updated on the latest scientific developments in terms of psychological interventions, pathologies, currents of thought and society in general.

My intention when I accompany people who decide to give me their trust is to help them in the healthiest, most respectful and kindest way possible to put an end to the emotional discomfort they feel in their daily lives.

From my perspective, I share the idea that the key is in prevention, so apart from continuing my training, I like to keep informed people who come to therapy and I do a lot of psychoeducation, I believe that knowledge and understanding about what happens to you, learning in general, can be a breakthrough and ally for the therapeutic work to be done later.

From there, as each person is unique, my intervention will also be unique and, therefore, I will adapt my way of intervening to the patient, from the current, to the fact of sending tasks or not, to work on them in session, to carry out specific practices, etc.

My training and experience help me to accompany you to the root.
